@hdrdavies This is a wonderful idea, I'm sure everyone appreciates some guidance on the actual words to use and this is great! Thanks so much for taking the time to put it together :tada:

I've peppered in a few comments, there's only really one thing I disagree with...!

Once fac6 have tried this out we can adapt and actually make it part of our overall F&C playbook :+1:
