Update GA tracking from ga.js to analytics.js #173

ga.js is soon-to-be deprecated: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/upgrade/reference/gajs-analyticsjs

This is probably a 5-10 minute task depending on how much you care to read around the subject :wink:

@iteles Do we use this? Adding this does two things:

  1. allows google to track our users.
  2. adds bloat

@iteles @des-des in what capacity are we currently using GA? @yvonne-liu has volunteered to look into this, I believe.

Happy to close this in favour of a general issue on doing something with analytics (I don't have access to Founders & Coders site GA).

Sorry, slip of the finger. @yvonne-liu Could you please open a separate issue on what you're looking into on GA and close this issue in favour of that one?
