update application page & course information pages

I've changed the apply page & the individual course-information pages based on the draft in @rebeccaradding's google doc.

Take a look, any feedback welcome. Further changes may be coming.

UPDATE - changes were indeed coming :sweat_smile: @shiryz @emilyb7

• Removed details of the application & selection process from the course-specific information pages. These now contain only 2 sections: programme info & the "Learn More" article links
• Remove pre-reqs from apply page & add link to separate prerequisites page
• Moved the details of the application & selection process itself to separate _apply-london & _apply-nazareth docs
• Simplify instructions on apply page
  • clarify what is required before making an application (creation of accounts)
  • clarify that application can & should be completed before pre-reqs
  • add buttons to go to the campus-specific application pages
• move "recommended material" link from apply to prerequisites page

The structure might shift slightly if/when I get time to address the navigational issues properly #429, but I'm trying to keep the work as light, and as close to just editing the copy as possible.

But in general, let's try to keep reviews and contributions separate?
