Massive restructuring of rollable_tables repo

Reasoning

The wiki page doesn't handle json files nor attachments (unless you paste the contents directly), this is causing the wiki page to grow to a horrible size. There isn't really a need to duplicate the content of this repo on the wiki when the wiki should have more generic content and this repo should have community contributed json data.

Going to package this as a compendium module like the macros repo for easy distribution when I get a chance!
