I used a Python HTML Scraper to compile Foundry VTT Table objects from the various tables on http://dndspeak.com/all/ . Tables include the description provided from the site (if available) and includes credit to DnDSpeak.

I finished review all the tables, here is a list of ones that failed to import into Foundry:
