Transforming the revised application data model to feed into existing open data publishing flow.

APMS: Approved Premises Management System (K2 based)

[ ] Review APMS data structure
[ ] Set up session with David Brown to review APMS
[ ] Review the existing semi-automated process that the Approvals Lead uses for existing tools and trigger (conditional approval).
- [ ] Check in with SD on applicable process and rules
[ ] Map form data types to database types
[ ] Can this be automated through a web API?
