Issue with Default Token Settings not being applied to compendium imports. #2910

Prototype token settings for actors imported from (SRD) compendium or drug from (SRD) compendium to the canvas are not following the default token settings.

Actors manually created in the side bar are following the default token settings.

Screenshot shows...

  1. No mods running.
  2. Default token settings for resource bars set to Never Displayed.
  3. Token of actor (Kobold) fresh imported from (SRD) compendium has resource bar displayed.

I have not tested actors from any other compendiums, as I don't have any, but i figure it would behave the same.

A user on 3.0 posted this issue in the DIscord dnd5e channel. I confirmed on my 3.0.1 instance.

I always get confused with this, but if I understand the outcome of foundryvtt/foundryvtt#8660 correctly, then this seems like a bug.
