New activity type "Roll Table" #4283

Pretty much what the title says. A really handy activity would be just a simple roll table. It would be great for abilities with random effects. Right now you can have it roll the die then you look at the table but I think it'd be cool if it could just roll a table for you and drop the result in chat along with the number.

@LadyDefile Interesting ideas... I would suggest breaking this into two separate issues so that this can be considered and prioritized better.

On another note, one thing I've found myself wanting in my own games has been the ability to have players roll "blind" on a random encounter table. Not sure if that's something that a "Roll Table" activity might be suitable for or not.

Well, whether a "Roll Table" activity would be suitable or not would be up to how the devs implement it. I'll move the Macro activity type to its own ticket so it can be considered separately.
