Conditions on sheets still refer to the old rules if Modern Rules are selected #4352

the conditions on a player's character sheet still refer to the old conditions even when Modern Rules (2024) are selected. image In the image the old exhaustion rules are shown, but this condition has changed in the 2024 rules.

There is no 2024 SRD text available to the system until next year, so we can't replace those (unless you are using the new PHB module, in which case it takes care of them).
