Add loyalty score to actors

Based on the optional Loyalty rule in the DMG, NPCs should have a field for tracking loyalty that is only visible to GMs. This would be a value between 0 and 20. The DMG also states that the value is capped by the maximum charisma score in the party which could be enforceable if a primary party is defined.

This value should also be visible (and perhaps editable) for any NPCs added to the party actor.

It may also be a good idea to add this to PCs for GMs who like to use character actors for their NPCs.

Seems like there's a need for a general "point" system for npcs/characters.

• Loyalty (capped at 20, GM only)
• Piety (no cap, visible to all)
• Hero Points (see comments: https://github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/issues/2466)

strongly :pray:ing for this. For any NPC important enough to have loyalty, I use a character actor.
