SRD's Ghoul and Ghast's Bite attack has a higher attack roll bonus than the SRD #4759

Ghoul's supposed to be a +2, Ghast's supposed to be a +3.

Supposedly it's because they're not proficient biters. Making the Bites non-proficient does align the stats otherwise.
