Some of the Character Gallery portrait art pieces have a lot of extra empty space around them:
Which makes them functionally smaller everywhere that art is then used:
I understand this extra padding came with the original piece of art, but, I think it should be cropped and removed -- leaving the portrait with very little padding or none at all, causing it to be larger and better-fitting among the others.
I'll list a few examples of characters for which I can clearly see the portrait is too large:
Aiuvarin Hunter
Aiuvarin Champion of Iomedae
Apothecary
Arhan
Avid
Cambion Commoner
Changeling Citizen
Probably a few dozen or a few hundred exist -- you'll just need to glance at them in the file browser (or gallery) to spot them visually.
You might have internal guidelines about how to correct this already. If not, I suggest something like: if the image's tight width is W, give it an extra padding of 5%*W on each side, ending up with 10% extra horizontal padding. Then repeat for height.
