The Region Legend app still renders under the Game Paused graphic, in some cases #10774

What happened?

When the Region Legend app is first rendered, it's rendered below the Game Paused graphic. Interacting with any other application sheet at all will fix this, until the next time the Region Controls layer is re-activated, and the Legend is re-drawn.

What ways of accessing Foundry can you encounter this issue in?

Reproduction Steps

  1. Switch to the Region Controls layer.
  2. Before interacting with any other sheet, move the Region Legend window over the Game Paused graphic.
