Render a circular token ring when applied to an asset with non-square dimensions #10787

Short Description of bug: Using a non-square asset for a token produces a non-circular token ring. Simple steps to reproduce the bug: Use any asset whose width is unequal to its height.

This is a known limitation of the dynamic token engine that we will try to improve in time for stable release.
