Short Description of bug: Elevation ranges for regions do not appear to be saving, neither when creating a new region with set elevation, nor when updating the range of an existing one in the identity tab. Values can be typed in, but upon reopening the app, it reverts back to - / + infinity. (Maybe different for regions created before 320, I don't have any to test)
Simple steps to reproduce the bug: Create new region and attempt to set some elevation ranges.
