When you click the "Add Shape from controlled Walls" button a second time (with the Walls layer activated), all fields on the Identity tab are reverted to their last saved value (or the default state), discarding any unsaved changes.

Reproduction Steps
In a clean DND5E world, create 4 connected walls in the shape of a square
Activate the Scene Regions layer
Create an empty Scene Region
Activate it, then change every value in the Identity tab from the default state (do not save)
In the Shapes tab, add a Shape from the controlled walls you created
Tab back to the Identity tab
The values that you entered are all cleared back to their default state.
