What happened?

Opening a Map Note for a Journal page of the Image type opens the image directly rather than the Journal Page

What ways of accessing Foundry can you encounter this issue in?

Reproduction Steps

Create a Journal. Create a Text page. Create an Image. Enter a path to an image. Drag both pages on the map as Map Notes. Double click both Map Notes. Note that one opens the journal page of the text type, but the other opens the image selected, rather than the page containing the image. The problem is that in the second case, the journal with page sidebar is not opened, which is inconvenient and inconsistent when using both page types.

Line 3 was supposed to say "Create an Image page."

Intentional behavior, but I can see why other behaviors might be preferred. This predates our Journal overhaul.
