We maybe need to adjust dt by PIXI.settings.TARGET_FPMS or some other approach to framerate regulation.

This issue is affecting only the torch animation.

Do you mean expanding the slider to go above 60fps, or return to a maximum fps of 60?

I'd like to see uncapped framerate remain an option (I prefer it personally), but there might be a better way to activate it than setting framerate and performance to max.

While this is being fixed it might be worthwhile setting the FPS cap at max back to its actual value rather than the previous behaviour of treating 60fps as uncapped.
