Sylvan is missing #10409

Sylvan is not on the PC language list, despite being a common language. We have had some luck at my table swapping in rare languages and noting they're sylvan, but would appreciate the addition of the language!

This was renamed in the remaster. If you check the Remaster Changes from the Game Settings Tab, you'll see that Sylvan is now Fey.
