Complex damage rolls on NPC sheets are not constructed/rolled correctly.

This still isn't fixed as of v12, PF2e 6.2.2

Sorry missed a word, its not fixed I just made sure to reconfirm it was still happening, it seems to have actually gotten worse or I didn't test it enough when I first made the issue.
