I would like to request a field to track the last downtime used in pathfinder society games, so the players could write down on their own the desired downtime and how much gold they earned if doing one job

The notes section already exists on the player sheet. Is this insufficient?

Downtime is linked to the Pathfinder scholl ( field comission ), boons equiped and many informations, but after the Chronicle sheet is made, there is no need to keep track of it, so the Note section can work but is not optimal.

I guess I don’t understand what you want? You are supposed to roll it at the end of scenario and the GM puts it on the chronicle sheet. Why would it get stored on an actor/character sheet? That’s definitely not how it is done in live play.

If this is simply so you can delay writing the chronicle sheets I would format a journal entry as a table and use that in your world. Then you’re only looking at one place instead of six. Otherwise if there is a reason to store it on a character sheet and I’ve missed what you’re trying to do please let me know. As a 2-glyph PFS GM I don’t see a use for this though.

The reason is that it being in the Actor, each player can write down their own Downtime. Either a retraining, keep a crafting going on, or just the earn income days and result for the DM check the table of how much gold it is.

That should be tracked on chronicles and not on the character sheet, and that should be tracked by the player and not the GM, per the PFS guide. The GM just adjudicates the rolls and says "this is what they rolled" and "this was their level of success". This doesn't belong on the character sheet and is something that the private notes section exists for - the players notes. I can see why you could want something like that, but until we build a "chronicle sheet object" it is just data that doesn't really fit.

The player should fill this thats why fill in the Actor, not on a journal, And the GM will make the Chronicle Sheet afterwards, in an online game, mostly not on the same day. And after thats done, you can just write it over the next PFS game, no need to track it down into the actor notes. I was thinking about 4 fields for the players: Type : Earn Income / Others Days: x Days ( 4/6/8/12...) Check Result: D20+skill check Notes: If others are used

Maybe this will be revisited in a few months when we add more functionality to the PFS sheet, but, again, this is something that the player tells the GM, not that needs to be on a character sheet.

If I'm wrong, feel free to go to the official pathfinder character sheet in the core rule book and show me where this goes. Otherwise this is remaining closed.
