Witch: Familiar of Balanced Luck Missing effects

I am playing a Spinner of Threads (Fate pre-remaster) Witch. I have a familiar with the mandatory ability 'Familiar of Balanced Luck' (see screenshot for ability description). There are two effects associated with the ability (+1 status bonus or -1 status penalty to target AC until the end of your next turn), but they don't have any Effect Entities associated with them.

This is a major Quality of Life issue, as I have to constantly ask GM to manually assign and track these status bonuses/penalties instead of just listing the ability and let him drag and drop the respective Effect on the token.

pf2e version: 5.9.5

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a 1st level Witch with Spinner of Threads patron theme
2. set up a familiar according to Witch familiar rules
3. navigate to the 'Familiar of Balanced Luck' ability of the familiar

Expected Outcome:

There are two Effect Entities associated with the ability: one for +1 status bonus to AC and one for -1 status bonus to AC until the end of your next turn

Actual Outcome:

No such entities are present and you have to ask GM to assing the effects manually

There is an effect for this familiar ability already. Try refreshing it, it should be there.

Furthermore, the effect and description are added to the description of your hexes automatically. If you level your witch from 0 and back to their level, you should see this.

Can confirm that the effect is present in pf2e version 5.13.6. Closing issue, thanks for clarification.
