Compendium Browser auto loads everything #1710

The Compendium Browser seems to load everything. Ticking or unticking boxes in the load packs menu doesn't seem to have any effect. The Save changes button when pressed seems to just light up, and not do anything.

Foundry Version: 0.8.9 Pathfinder2e Version: 2.13.4.7880
