Feature Request: Adding tooltips to NPC traits and populating missing trait descriptions #2167

@TMun Just posting this as stated on discord. Could tooltips be added to the traits for NPCs? There are also several traits missing, therefor lacking descriptions, in the system as well. So I believe all these would need to be added to facilitate this feature request.

@SpartanCPA from what I can see all these traits are missing descriptions, but I believe that a vast majority of them (not all monster traits) are in as traits. I ran them all through CONFIG.PF2E.traitsDescriptions:
