Cantrips and Focus Spells should automatically be heightened #221

A cantrip is always automatically heightened to half your level, rounded up.

Focus spells are automatically heightened to half your level rounded up, just like cantrips are.

Created a separate issue from https://gitlab.com/hooking/foundry-vtt---pathfinder-2e/-/issues/54 since this should be easier to implemented since the spell level can be automatically determined.

So I figured out that most cantrips don't have heightening data and you can edit them only if you click the weird staple symbol above

Yes, but Focus spells do not auto-heighten even if you fill in the heightening details.
