Rename 'Martial Skills' to 'Martial Proficiency' #254

Everything in book refers to such things as Proficiency and not skills in reference to armor and weapons, and as such, this should probably be renamed to make it clearer. It took me several glances through the tabs to find the right section because of the name.

Of course, this could also need the tab name to change to 'Skills & Proficiency'

Solved in MR. Will currently only rename the category, not the tab name. (for space)
