While not a complete implementation (spell attacks and DCs are missing, for example), it is for the most part addressed by https://gitlab.com/hooking/foundry-vtt---pathfinder-2e/-/merge_requests/890.

Ah, this is for NPCs. Re-opening so we don't forget to put the Level Bump toggle somewhere on the NPC sheet.

The text now says the following (here http://www.organizedplayfoundation.org/paizo/guides/pfs2guide-en/gm-basics-pfs2-en/):
- Increase every DC the PC has by 1.
- Increase the attack modifiers, attack damage, spell damage, saving throw modifiers, skill modifiers, Perception modifiers, and AC of the PC by 1.
- Increase the Hit Point totals of the PC by 10 or by 10%, whichever is higher.
So it's PCs only that get the level bump. Which we have implemented.
Closing.

It has been pointed out that NPCs can get the level bump for the early PFS scenarios, which is on this page not the one that was linked before: http://www.organizedplayfoundation.org/paizo/guides/pfs2guide-en/converting-early-scenarios-pfs2-en/

When running Pathfinder Society, one sometimes needs to apply a level bump to the adventure. This can happen if there's a lot of low level players and one higher level player, or if the players are just more numerous than usual.
Pathfinder society rules do not mention multiple level adjustments, so this only needs to be +1.
From GM Basics in the 2e Organized Play Guide http://www.organizedplayfoundation.org/encyclopedia/pathfinder-2-0-gm-basics/#applying-the-adjustments
Applying a level bump is a simple calculation:
