Missing CONFIG for immunities, traits, resistances from Bestiary2

I collected this list of missing CONFIG items

• [x] CONFIG.monsterTraits ["couatl", "dream", "fetchling", "ifrit", "oni", "oread", "petitioner", "qlippoth", "serpentfolk", "shadow", "skulk", "spriggan", "suli", "sylph", "tane", "time", "undine", "urdefhan"]

• [x] CONFIG.weaknessTypes ["salt", "salt water", "vorpal fear", "vorpal weapons"] Could probably handle these if we supported a custom/special field for weakness types like we have for immunities. Note that weaknesses also can come without a value (i.e. vorpal weapons) and there was another one in an adventure I saw recently "vampire weaknesses"

• [x] CONFIG.resistanceTypes ["critical-hits", "draconic resistance", "protean anatomy"] Note this is resistance to critical hits, not immunity. Creature in question there is Denizen of Leng

• [x] CONFIG.immunityTypes ["light", "curse", "magic (see Golem Antimagic below)", "olfactory", "confusion", "swarm attacks", "enfeebled (while wearing its mask)", "slowed (while wearing its mask)", "emotion", "possession", "electricity (see lightning drinker)"]

Can see there's a few that are supported but now have some detail text -- maybe we should add a detail text field for Immunity like the exception one for resistance? Anyway, I put this more for completion because for the import I went ahead and just made these all into the custom field.

I've created a PR for these things except for the following things:

• magic (see Golem Antimagic below): just use magic
• enfeebled (while wearing its mask): use enfeebled; we need special handling for this otherwise
• slowed (while wearing its mask): use slowed; we need special handling for this otherwise
• electricity (see lightning drinker): just use electricity
