maybe i'm not using the right terms. the thing on the abilities/spells that you can drag onto your character, those two don't have it.

You mean the effects that are dragged onto the actor? Dragon's Rage Wings will have them added to the description. Dragon Transformation still needs its own version, yes.

maybe i'm missing something but my Rage Wings doesn't have it in the description. i've checked the compendium too.
