Quicksilver Mutagen attack rolls #988

The quicksilver mutagen does not seem to add automatically to dex-based attack rolls. It is available to be toggled, but need to be for each and every attack. As of the last errata, the bonus should apply to all dex-based attack rolls and not just ranged attacks
