get pose models from UiO servers instead

Bumped into this while fixing #221. Sadly, this is a known issue. It might be worth re-implementing the pose module using MediaPipe.

With @alexarje coming to the rescue, we can use our existing implementation! Just have to rewrite the shell scripts that fetch the models.
