The first time happens momentarily after the jit.movie but we invert the image a second time in the [VA_motion_image] before it goes to the mhi, motion image and motiongram processing.
This (doing t twice) is necessary to see an inverted History and Bbox video in the display, but not sure if its necessary for the exported images (mg and mhi)
