Road-map and "teams" #2

So, I guess now that we have an idea of what we want to achieve with this (thanks #1), it would be good to come up with a sort of road-map detailing whatever order we want to try and get things done in. Here is my suggestion:

  1. Data Collection
  2. Opal route calculation
  3. Standard ticket route calculation
  4. API
  5. Web/Mobile Client

Some of these tasks could probably be accomplished simultaneously, so it would be beneficial to split off into groups (or individuals?) NCSS style.

Why would we do any route calculation at all? The whole aim of this is to calculate fares, given the trips the user takes during a week.

Should also note that there's absolutely no data collection involved, unless someone wants to go through to grab paper ticket sections data.
