Can duplicate from Twig files, but it would be helpful to make them more readable.

I'm okay with moving the comments into markdown files so that they display in Pattern Lab, since they will be adjacent to the files while working on them.

@ccjjmartin You mentioned in #61 that you'd like comments to go with twig files. Does this solution satisfy that or do you have a preference for the comments to be in the twig files?

Having them display in pattern lab seems to be the best solution here, so disregard any mention of putting them in the twig files.
