This PR does the following:

[ ] Run composer create-project fourkitchens/sous-drupal-project callinmullaney
[ ] Verify the setup script outputs "Enable callinmullaney and set as the default theme..." instead of "Enable sousdrupalrecipe set as the default theme..."
