Once english word has been selected #8

Once selected we send an api request to glosbe which will send us back a translation of that word, this will be displayed on the right of the screen. We will also send out an api request to mirriam webster which will send us back a definition for our selected English word, this will be displayed below the English word.

Completed all this and add a picture of the word as the background
