Dark images in noGUI mode #7

I'm confirming the problem. Image is darker in noGUI mode than in normal.
It looks like fractal colour (maybe colour palette) is completely black in 
noGUI mode.

Program was started using following command: mandelbulber -nogui
(it renders default.fract)

I think the problem is fixed. But all functions should be tested in noGUI mode.
