XSB and XRB should use Kernel vectors instead of BIOS vectors #24

In order to work with a serial driver like studio, XSB and XRB should use the Kernel vectors O_TYPE and O_READKEY instead of the BIOS vectors f_tty and f_read. In addition the XRB source and binary should be added to the repository for users of Elf/OS v4.
