There's currently no way users can delete their own comments and admins can 
delete anyone's comments, without going to the database. Yes, censoring is like 
that, but it can be necessary to completely delete them in some situations.

Furthermore, users should probably be able to delete any comment on their 
creation, like on Scratch.
