Fix associative array references in MySQL statements

Make the MySQL array indices human-readable by getting an associative array 
rather than a numbered one. Then the database can be cleaned up.

Okay because I was a poor coder and made so many array references in MySQL 
statements inside the quotes, I need to go back and fix all of them, manually. 
Otherwise it does not work. At all.

(not making a new issue for this, just changing stuff ^O^)
