Issue Description

Can not start playback if there is no active Device

Functionality Affected

Please mark the functionality of the plugin that is affected by the issue:

[x] Controlling the local Spotify client (changing track, pausing, skipping, muting)
[ ] Searching Spotify for albums, artists or songs

Workaround:

Start and stop any song on a device you own and would like to listen on

Potential fix involves:

Before searching/playing, check if an active device exists, or check for a 404 Bad response {reason:"NO_ACTIVE_DEVICE"} after requesting a song/album to play
Give user option to "Transfer Playback" to a list of all devices
OPTIONAL: Also allow user explicitly setting the device with keyword (i.e. "Device", "Trasnfer")

Functionality Added: Device management is selectable by running "sp device" and picking your device before playing, searching, viewing playback status, etc.

Todo: Expedite the device process - for example, if there is no active device, force the user to select a device before playing, etc.
