Request: Position Setup #447

When knowing only then end posisition of a game or (again) analysing a game
it can be helpful to arrange a position.
Just have to say whos move it is (black or white) and where the figures are
positioned.

I think these are different features. In "Edit game" mode in xboard you can make
moves in a given position for black and white and takeback these moves, engines 
only
check move lagality and clocks are stopped.
In "Edit board" mode you can setup any position with mouse click and drags.

This is a very important feature, especially when one is studyings tactics, 
tactical patterns, strategy, and studies.
