certain UCI options (like Chess960) should be greyed out #817

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Chess960 in stockfish's settings in Engines dialog
2. Play a standard rules chess game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If stockfish is used as analyzer the user doesn't receive the correct hint 
moves because all the e1h1 type Chess960 castle moves don't validate.
