Forfeit on time problem #833

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Played a lightning FICS game
2. Losed the game with "forfeit on time", but I had some remaining time on my 
PyChess clock!!!

I've noticed the same thing. I'd guess that you actually did run out of time, 
and the clock widget didn't have the correct time.
