When logged into FICS, clicking Preferences->Sidepanels tab and then a different Preferences tab focuses FICS Lounge #841

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to FICS
2. go to Preferences->Sidepanels tab
3. go to Preferences->General

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of focusing Preferences->General, the FICS Lounge is focused.
