Critical bug in pychess

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached .pgn with pychess.
2. Pychess has declared it a draw, which is wrong. Black can easily checkmate.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pychess declared the game a draw due to 'insufficient' material - This is a 
bug; as you can see in the game, Houdini 4 can easily give mate.

Does it happen every time?
Yep, every single time.

What version of the product are you using?
0.12rc3

Did you use an installed version of PyChess or did you run in from a
tarball/svn?
.deb

Please provide any additional information below.

Please attach the latest pychess logfile. It's in a hidden folder, under
your homedirectory, named ".local/share/pychess/"
