Add cmdline options to show individual plugin docs #641

Use the -f <plugin>,<plugin>,... option to determine which plugins to show the docs for.

 

Reuse the --docs options which now only works for -l ({}-f --plugins{}). See if the meta plugin plugins can be made to not be a plugin.
