Port not configured for development server #1

Port should be 8080

currently serving on nodejs default:

Gregs-Mac-mini:tinkerbell gmilby$ volo serve (^o^)/ localhost:8081 from 'www' (^o^)/ localhost:8000 Press Ctrl-C twice to stop.

Should be fixed in 0.4.1
