When a required server signature is configured on Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 it is included as a COMMENT with all ical responses (confirmed with REPLY and COUNTER so far) regardless of whether an actual comment is made. This may also affect personal signatures. This signature will then be posted on the booking as an actual comment, and when #120 is done would email all attendees.
This might be a tricky one to cater for and we may need to revise the handling of ical-based comments. Example signature comment below:
