auth_map is no-op #536

TL;DR @the-maldridge noticed that auth_map is not applied.

Not working auth_map is definitely unintentional. I will create an issue for this..

auth_map wasn't no-op but wasn't doing what its name implied. New auth_map directive with more meaningful behavior is implemented in 0.7.
